After a few months of repairs, leaks, and part replacements, Gabriel competently got our boiler system working well. We're impressed with Horizon's timely response and communication. The team seem pretty good at their jobs, especially Gabriel, and persistent at figuring out what is wrong.

Brayan was fantastic!! He allowed me to observe the entire visit, and he was efficient, competent, organized and methodical in his work - and he cleaned up afterwards so that I could hardly tell he had been there!! I will request him for future preventive maintenance - thank you!!

Every time I am in need of plumbing service, I call Horizon! The owners are amazing! The care they put into out community does not go unnoticed! When you call the office, you speak to a very polite staff member named Ann Marie, she is so helpful and polite that it makes you feel more at ease. I have never had to wait an unnecessary amount of time and they are always available to assist us. I have been blessed to have had amazing workers come and do the jobs we have requested, but there is one individual who exceeds expectations, a young man named Coby, he is the most polite, efficient and thorough worker I have seen or experienced. He comes in, greets you with manners (good morning, no sir, please, thank you and always in a good mood). I will always use this company not only for the owners but their staff!

For almost 2 years now, Ive used Horizons services.They have helped me with multiple plumbing problems, my HVAC system and my tankless water heater.They are not only fixing & installing, but also explaining and teaching their customers on how to utilize the unit system efficiently as well as problem prevention. Bryan worked on my AC system yesterday,very efficient and polite. Ann who always answered my phone calls is also very kind and professional. Gabriel is excellent! ,Bryan ,Jared, Nolan, Miles, Jeremiah, Coby they are all hard worker(s), respectful & very efficient. Most of the time they finished the job quickly & cleanly.Thank you to the guy ( I cant remember his name ) who made the quick decision to install the HVAC system to my house despite another company telling me , it was complicated. Thanks to his expertise,Im very pleased with the results. Ive been a customer for almost 2 years now ,but I can say they are consistent with the best quality of services.Thank you Horizon ! We realized when the weather hit the negatives that more than half our house wasn't properly heating. We were able to get a help very quickly. Gabe was very knowledgeable, clean, polite, and he really knew what he was doing. Our house has never been warmer.

Bryan did a great job servicing my heater. He answered my questions and made me feel safe heading into the colder months.

Gabriel and Matt flushed my tanklless water heater and reset my system. They clean and professional and answered questions I had about the code that was appearing on my water heater.

Bryan came and hooked up our furnace and checked it out for the year. He was very efficient, and did a good job for us. We will definitely use him again!

Gabriel was an excellent plumber. Very professional and an expert in plumbing. The secretary who answered the phone was very friendly and called me ahead of time to give me a heads up that someone was headed my way. This service is excellent! Friendly and professional!

Although Brayan was actually the technician who provided the service, I found him to be excellent in solving the problem with my AC unit, and answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring work on their AC unit.
